Meet the Team

Emily Del Principe
Speech Pathologist & Clinic Director
As a neurodiversity-affirming speech pathologist, I focus on making therapy engaging, effective, and meaningful for each child. I use play-based approaches and support regulation to help children build their skills in a way that feels natural and enjoyable.

Collaboration with families is at the heart of my work—I believe that strong relationships lead to the best outcomes. Every child’s journey is unique, and I love finding creative ways to target their goals while making therapy a positive experience.

Some of the most rewarding moments happen when children feel confident and excited about their progress. I’m here to support your child’s communication and development in a way that truly makes a difference. Let’s create those moments together!

I believe that therapy should be engaging, enjoyable, and tailored to each child’s unique strengths. Building strong, trusting relationships with families is at the heart of what I do, ensuring that every goal we work towards is practical and relevant to your child’s daily life.

My goal is to help your child grow in confidence and communication in a way that feels natural and empowering. Let’s work together to support your child’s journey in a way that truly makes a difference.
