As part of the Client Care and Administration team at Milestones Kids Therapy Hub, I enjoy working behind the scenes to support our clinicians, front desk team, and the families who are part of our Milestones community.
My role involves assisting with service agreements, NDIS-related administration, appointment coordination, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the clinic. I take pride in staying organised, streamlining processes, and helping ensure everything runs smoothly so our team can focus on providing quality care to the children and families we support.
What I love most about my role is being that extra layer of support behind the scenes, making things easier for our team while ensuring families feel welcomed, informed, and supported throughout their journey with Milestones.
