Give your child a confident start to big school! Our Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists have teamed up to run a fun, play-based group designed to build the skills children need for a smooth transition into kindergarten. Across the sessions, children will practise early literacy and language, fine-motor and pre-writing skills, following routines, turn-taking, listening, and building independence, all while making friends and having fun

Play Learn Connect is a play-based early language parent coaching program designed to support young children’s communication through everyday interactions. Led by speech pathologists, the program builds parent confidence and capability by teaching practical, evidence-based strategies that can be used during play, routines, and daily life. Play Learn Connect aligns with early intervention and prevention principles by supporting families early, embedding learning in natural environments, and strengthening parent capacity to promote children’s language, interaction, and participation.
