Power Punch OT
Help your child build strength, coordination, body regulation and confidence, all in a high-energy, fun, social OT group.
Power Punch OT is an innovative paediatric occupational therapy group designed for children who need support with gross motor development, sensory regulation and functional movement skills in an engaging, active environment.
We run our sessions in collaboration with our wonderful neighbours at IQ Academy, giving kids the chance to experience movement-based learning that feels like play, from functional strength challenges to rhythmic movement, balance tasks, and playful obstacle-style activities that help them move with purpose.
Who This Group Is For
Power Punch OT is ideal for families seeking support in areas such as:

Children who benefit from a playful, structured group setting with therapeutic intent

What Your Child Will Experience
In a Power Punch OT session, children will:

This group provides a bridge between individual OT sessions and real-life play scenarios, helping children practice skills that matter outside of the clinic too.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a diagnosis?
No — you don’t need any diagnosis to join Power Punch OT. Families join because they want support for movement, confidence and participation in daily life.
What ages participate?
We typically group children by developmental stage so that each child can work toward goals with peers of a similar age and ability.
Can this be used alongside individual therapy?
Absolutely! Group OT complements individual therapy by giving kids a chance to generalise skills with others and practise regulation in dynamic settings.
